Cosby Arrives For Day 3 Of Jury Deliberations

No Verdict Yet in Cosby Trial

No Verdict Yet in Cosby Trial

Bill Cosby dusted off his famous "Fat Albert" voice while leaving a Philadelphia courthouse during his ongoing sexual assault trial this week.

Tension is high at the Montgomery County Court Courthouse as deliberations drag on.

Jurors appeared exhausted and spent when they made a decision to call it quits late Tuesday after about 16 hours of deliberations. They resumed their deliberations today at 9 a.m.

When asked how she would feel about Cosby should the jury find him guilty, Pulliam said, "I'm going to have to cross that bridge when I come to it".

In late 2014, dozens of women went public with accusations that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted them over the course of his lengthy comedic career.

Constand took the stand last week, keeping her composure under a fierce barrage of cross-examination from the defense, which sought to portray their relationship as consensual, and Cosby's accuser as a liar.

The long-married Cosby, once known as America's Dad for his portrayal of kindly Dr. Cliff Huxtable on "The Cosby Show", called all the encounters consensual.

Bill Cosby has arrived at the courthouse for the second day of jury deliberations in his sexual assault trial.

Constand testified last week that Cosby gave her pills that left her unable to resist his assault.

A judge ruled earlier that Jackson would not be able to testify because her statement would be considered hearsay.

"It's easy to be there for someone when things are good, when business is good, when money is good, when all of these things [are good]", she argued. The jury asked about the phrasing Tuesday morning, but Judge Steven O'Neill said he could not define it for them.

Incidentally, Constand's version of what Cosby supposedly did to her while on prescription Quaaludes in 2004, as documents from a 2005 deposition between Andrea and the actor revealed, as CNN shared, mirrored that of almost 60 other women's experiences with the entertainer between 1965 and 2008, according to Rolling Stone.

Cosby said he gave Constand three half-tablets of Benadryl, an over-the-counter cold and allergy medicine, to help her relax.

The first prosecutor to review the case in 2005 passed on it.

Previous reports claimed that Cosby might manage to walk away from the three counts of felony charges that were filed against him from supposedly drugging and sexually assaulting women in the past. The jury is set to reconvene after deliberating for four hours Monday night.

As the jurors continued their work Tuesday, Cosby's spokesman lobbed an explosive allegation - that the entertainer's trial had been rigged - in full view of the media throng.

In those interviews, Cosby admitted to sexual contact with Constand and said they had previously had a romantic encounter.

The case has sparked debate over celebrity, race, power and gender. They are three of about 60 women who have accused Cosby of one form of inappropriate sexual conduct or another, some dating back to 50 years ago, before some of his children were born. Constand - an athletic, 6-foot-tall basketball staffer - believes it was something stronger, saying they made her overly exhausted and unable to say no to or fight his advances.

Constand chose to return to court for closing arguments Monday after giving more than seven hours of testimony.
